Ultrox is a Zirconium Silicate Flour Opacifier or “White Ceramic Stain” A 10% addition to a base glaze will yield a bright white solid opaque color. Ultrox stiffens the glaze melt and reduces glaze expansion. The most common and economical opacifier for ceramics glazes.
